RentGrow Expands Sales Team in
Rocky Mountain Region

Waltham, MA, March 31, 2008 —  RentGrow Inc., a leader in resident screening solutions for the multi-family housing industry, today announced the expansion of its sales team with the addition of Jackie (Kaufman) Janopoulo as regional sales consultant for the Rocky Mountain region and surrounding areas.

Jackie brings more than 12 years of sales and marketing experience in the multi-family industry. Jackie began her career in the property management arena with AIMCO, one the largest REITs in the country where she was part of Strategic Task Assessment Response Team (S.T.A.R.T), turning around 25-30 of the lowest producing REIT properties in the portfolio throughout the U.S. From there, Jackie moved to the vendor side of property management where she worked for Real Estate Communication Inc. under two umbrellas of the company: CallSource, Advertising Tracking for Multifamily where she was the regional sales manager for the Rocky Mountain and surrounding states; and the newly redesigned Apartmentjobz.com where she was the national sales director for multifamily job website. She was featured in the Multihousing Professional Magazine (formally Apartment Professional) as an Innovator and Influencer in the Industry. Jackie recently returned from a two-year sabbatical where she traveled with her husband through western U.S, including Alaska and British Columbia and currently resides in the Denver area.
