Resident Screening Leader Launches New Product Development Initiative

Waltham, MA —  May 21, 2007 —  RentGrow is pleased to announce that Andy Cruickshank has joined its executive team in order to expand and capitalize on its resident screening services and technologies.

As the Director of Market and Product Development, Cruickshank will primarily focus on identifying emerging customer needs in resident screening and related service industries:  “I’ll be tapping into the voice of the customer … listening to their needs and wants and creating products around them.”

Cruickshank brings considerable experience to RentGrow: He was a leader at rapidly evolving companies such as Lotus Development, Monster.com, and Lycos, where he participated in the fastest IPO in NASDAQ history and the $5.4 billion sale of the company. As founder and President of Highgate Revenue Consulting, Inc., he worked with companies to increase revenues.

Cruickshank is actively involved in Massachusetts industry associations where he has been a guest speaker to groups such as Massachusetts Technology Leadership Exchange, MIT Enterprise Forum, Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange, Technology Capital Network, CEO Roundtables, PriceWaterCoopers Forum, Deloitte Technology Forum. He has a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from Babson College.
