Eviction service enhancement to TotalScreen2.0 covers 43 states, new sources of data

Waltham, MA —  May 3, 2004 —   RentGrow, a leading innovator of screening services and technologies for the multifamily industry, today announced the availability of an enhanced eviction search service that both expands the scope of the data search and reduces its delivery time from days to seconds.

Includes civil judgments, forcible entry and L&T Data Filings. Previous eviction searches were limited to records of civil judgments, in which the court granted evictions with monetary awards. RentGrow’s improved eviction services reach deeper, however, by including two new sources of data: “forcible entry,” which includes evictions without monetary awards; and all suits filed as a result of landlord-tenant disputes (L&T). Data varies by state.

Almost instant turn-around time
As an enhancement to RentGrow’s TotalScreen2.0, eviction data from most sources can be returned within thirty seconds of the initial inquiry. RentGrow continues to offer customized options for data delivery, based on budget considerations or requests for analysis, and will provide data returns by fax or through TotalScreen2.0 with one business-day turn-arounds for statewide data and two-to-five business days for county-level information.
