Verification Services. The latest version of Affordable and PHA Verification Services additional terms of use (AFFVS TOU), which will be updated from time to time by RentGrow, Inc., is incorporated into the agreement or terms of use that apply to the Tenant Screening Services you license.
1. Client desires to use Tenant Screening Verification Services provided by RentGrow, Inc., which provide tenant screening data that Client may use to verify an Applicant’s income and employment information in connection with an application for rental housing.
2. Client acknowledges and agrees that Client and all End-Users are bound by: (i) the terms and conditions of the Agreement and these AFFVS TOU; (ii) the FCRA; (iii) all other applicable laws and regulations; (iv) the then-current version of Schedule C (Required Supplemental Terms and Conditions), the full text of which is located and available online at: http://www.rentgrow.com/us-screening-schedule-c or as RentGrow may otherwise provide to Client; and (v) the then-current version of Verification Services Additional Terms of Use, the full text of which is located and available online at: https://resources.yardi.com/legal/screening/vs-tou/ or as RentGrow may otherwise provide to Client, and which is fully incorporated by reference herein.
3. The full text of the then-current version of Verification Services Additional Terms of Use is located and available online at https://resources.yardi.com/legal/screening/vs-tou/ and, by this reference, is fully incorporated herein as may be updated from time to time, with or without notice. Under no circumstances shall RentGrow include in the Verification Services Additional Terms of Use any term, condition, notice, or otherwise that is not required by a Credit Bureau, CRA, data furnisher, third-party vendor, or applicable law or regulation in order for RentGrow to be able to provide, or for Client and End-Users to be able to access and use, the Verification Services.
