Our flagship product, TotalScreen, is a powerful, web-based applicant screening platform that helps mid to large residential property management firms make smart rental decisions. TotalScreen helps clients maximize net operating income, manage risk, lease properties more efficiently, and improve control and compliance.
We work with each client's central office to customize applicant screening criteria tailored for their unique portfolio and market conditions. Each client's unique workflow and criteria are programmed into their customized version of TotalScreen.
Once implemented, our easy-to-use web interface provides an efficient, turn-key screening process for the property staff, delivering a clear response to accept, conditionally accept, or decline each application.
TotalScreen leverages applicant data from consumer bureaus and public records, including the major credit bureaus, civil court/eviction records, rental payment records, apartment collection agencies, national, state, and county criminal records, national sex offender registry, OFAC/SDN, and other databases and bureaus.
TotalScreen enables property management firms with large, dispersed portfolios of properties to achieve a faster, smarter screening process, while improving compliance with corporate policies and fair housing guidelines.
