Under the regulations of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003, we may disclose information about your credit, court and/or criminal history only to potential housing providers and employers that you have authorized to access your information, or as otherwise permitted under FCRA, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and/or other applicable laws.  Upon written request, we will reinvestigate any information that you believe is inaccurate and will assist in reporting/correcting any such information that is determined to be inaccurate or incomplete.

If you have recently been denied residency and/or employment due to your credit report, please contact the credit bureau(s) to review your credit report(s) and correct any erroneous information.  RentGrow cannot provide you a copy of your credit report due to FCRA regulations.  Contact information for the credit bureaus is listed on the right.
