Mike joined RentGrow in 1994 and under his leadership, RentGrow has become an industry leader recognized for its excellent technology and outstanding service. Mike is a frequent author of published articles and has presented on industry panels addressing resident screening issues including technology, marketing and security. He is an active member in the National Apartment Association (NAA), National Multihousing Council (NMHC), National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA), and numerous regional and local apartment associations.

Mike serves on the Board of Governors of Multifamily Information Transaction Standard (MITS), a non-profit initiative dedicated to creating an open data standard for the multifamily industry. Prior to RentGrow, Mike worked in finance/operations for several entrepreneurial ventures in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
